Descriptive Notes

Title from caption.
This item imitates the format of Rose Hill roundabout (a community newsletter published in the 1950s and 1960s) and includes material from it, but is not an issue of that publication.
"Rose Hill roundabout, the news bulletin of the Rose Hill Community Association, Oxford. Déjà vu edition produced by Modern Art Oxford. April 2010."
"On Friday 26 February 2010 five Dutch artists, one Dutch cameraman and two Oxford-based actors started filming Maria Pask's new hour-length film Déjà vu. Between then and Sunday 7 March approximately thirty five scenes were filmed in rose Hill. Pask's film script, inspired by Rose Hill Roundabout, is a humorous interpretation of imagined events on the estate, referencing the Neolithic ages right up until the 1960s"--P. 8.
"Published on the occasion of the exhibition Maria Pask: Déjà vu, Modern Art Oxford, 17 April - 13 June 2010"--Colophon.
