This guideline partially updates NICE clinical guideline 66 and replaces it.
Recommendations 1.14.2.3, 1.14.2.4, 1.14.2.5 and 1.14.2.6 in this guideline have been updated and replaced by ‘Neuropathic pain: the pharmacological management of neuropathic pain in adults in non-specialist settings’ (NICE clinical guideline 96).
