2013 is specifically presented as the date of printing; the date of publication was conjectured from this.
"An Albion Press dated 1853 was used to print most of the engravings in this book, the same way that Edward Walters would have printed them. The Magnani mouldmade paper was dampened before printing, and it is fitting that Caslon, set at Whittington, is used as the typeface. There are 240 copies of this book (of which 220 are for sale), all bound by the Fine Book Bindery in quarter cloth and a patterned paper based on a repeated Lily pattern devised by Edward Walters in 1932"--Colophon.
