Although data aimed primarily at aerospace industry, much of the data (such as that on noise barriers and sound propagation) have a wider application. Data provided is related to source noise prediction and sound propagation. Aircraft noises considered include jet noise, propeller noise, airframe noise and boundary layer noise, while the aspects of sound propagation covered include atmospheric attenuation and ground reflection effects.
